Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 4, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 326, WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, STAGE 3 B OF SPRINGDALE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786, PAGE 612, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AMENDMENT #11 RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 868, PAGE 866, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 84 THROUGH 87, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 113 THROUGH 115, AS AMENDED, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 326 SPRINGDALE DRIVE, BRADENTON, FL 34210; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on FEBRUARY 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
