NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-000020 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and OANH THUC HOANG A/K/A OANH HOANG; PHUONG DONG NGUYEN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MANDALAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANNE HOANG, and TENANT #2 N/K/A TOMMY HOANG are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 8th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
