NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 24th day of February, 2012, at public sale by electronic sales beginning 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Lot 34, Block 1778, 34th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 18, 18A through 18M, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly Known As: Lot 34, Johannesberg Road, North Port, FL 34288
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2011 CC 006673 SC, CHARLOTTE STATE BANK, Plaintiff vs. ABRAHAM S. WOLFINGER and LISA A. LEVY, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
