NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 17, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-4996-NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GEORGE WALTER; CHRISTOPHER WALTER; RONALD A. SMITH; and EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO RONALD A. SMITH IRA, 20.99%, UNDIVIDED INTEREST; and PATRICIA WALTER, are the Plaintiffs; and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of February, 2012, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 40 South, Range 19 East, lying West of the Right of Way for State Road 775, Sarasota County, Florida; LESS that portion deeded to State of Florida in deed recorded in O.R. Book 2731, Page 2785, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
