NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-001328 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST RUTH E. PHILLIPS A/K/A RUTH ELLEN PHILLIPS, DECEASED; PETER ROBINSON A/K/A PETER CHRISTOPHER ROBINSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PETER CHRISTOPHER ROBINSON A/K/A PETER C. BOOK 285, PAGE 277, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 16, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
