SANTIAGO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IVAN SANTIAGO A/K/A IVAN O. SANTIAGO N/K/A REBECCA SANTIAGO; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A.; PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
