OBANNON; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; HERITAGE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID BLOOMQUIST, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KIM BLOOMQUIST are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 9th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
