LOT 16, QUAIL LAKE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 19, 19A THROUGH 19G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1726 Killdeer Circle, Venice, Florida 34293, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, on APRIL 16, 2012, at 9:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
