NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 020779 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and JOHN R. BRASGALLA; ROSE A. BRASGALLA; ANTONIO L. ASTRALAGAL GOTAMY ASTRALAGA; FOREST LAKES VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION; THE BANK OF COMMERCE; are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on February 12, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 203, Building 12, Forest Lake Village, Section Two, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominiums, as recorded in Official Records Book 1025, Page 1088, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Page 14, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
