Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-664-CA of the County Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein LONGSHORE LAKE FOUNDATION, Inc. is the Plaintiff and KENNETH FISH, ET AL are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail EasT, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112 IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00 am on the 13th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 31, Block E, Longshore Lake, Unit One, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 83 through 85 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida A/K/A 4907 Least Tern Court, Naples, Florida 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
