BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 33, ALSO BEING THE CENTERLINE OF COUNTY LINE ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 475.57 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 28 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 25 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID ROAD FOR A POINT 0F BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 00 DEGREES 28 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 28 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID ROAD; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE A DISTANCE OF 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
