Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2012, and entered in 11-2125-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JEAN F. COOPER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEAN F. COOPER; HARVEST CREDIT MANAGEMENT VII; LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #l; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, First Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on February 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, PART 1, BLOCK 210, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1380, PAGE 846, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
