NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-025337 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and DAVID CHIDESTER, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF PLANT CITY, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED OR BOOK 13539, PAGE 1158, ID# 205010.1620, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 10, TOGETHER WITH A ZERO LOT LINE EASEMENT OVER THE WEST FIVE FEET OF LOT 11, AND RESERVING A ZERO LOT EASEMENT OVER THE WEST FIVE FEET OF LOT 10 OF WALDEN LAKE UNIT 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
