NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-005712 Div B of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in WACHOVIA MORTGAGE F.S.B. F/K/A WORLD SAVINGS BANK, F.S.B., Plaintiff and GILVAN DA SILVA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a JUAN HERNANDEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a SPOUSE OF JUAN HERNANDEZ, RIVERCREST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 20, 2012, at 2:00 PM, at 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, in Block 21, of RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL āNā, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 101, at page 238 thru 248, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
