NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2009-CA-030838, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-B, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff, and ILEANA A. ITURRIAGA, Unknown Spouse of Ileana A. Iturriaga N/K/A DAN GIORDANO, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MIRLA LOPEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSE OLIVO are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 20th day of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 52.35 FEET OF THE EAST 104.70 FEET OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 1, OF PALMERE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3603 West North B Street, Tampa, FL 33609.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
