Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 18, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 314, PAL BAY VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 810, PAGES 1208 THROUGH 1318, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 1950 GULF SHORE BLVD UNIT 314, NAPLES, FL 34102; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
