NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of
Foreclosure entered on January 13, 2012, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of his duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, milagro place, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 89 and 90, Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 13th, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1st Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
