notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-4994-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The Ace Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-WM1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Deligiannis, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, INC, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
