Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in MANATEE County, Florida described as:
LOT 17, LESS NORTH 19.60 FEET OF THE WEST 52.03 FEET AND LOT 18, LESS WEST 52.03 FEET, EDGEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 255, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1908 13th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on FEBRUARY 21, 2012, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
