NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 20, 2011and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-016739-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST SERIES 2007-91, is the Plaintiff and DONALD AULD; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD AULD; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHELSEA AGATE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CJ AGATE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
