NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 20, 2011and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-018214-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON ARMT 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and ROLANDO PEDRAZA; ANA PEDRAZA; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; LAKE TIPPECANOE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
