NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of January, 2012, and entered in Case No. 582008CA0196500000NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION USA is the Plaintiff and CHAD STUTZMAN, GROVE POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, AMANDA STUTZMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHAD STUTZMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMANDA STUTZMAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 13th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 107, GROVE POINTE, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 1, 1A THROUGH 1F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
