NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Cancel and Reschedule of Foreclosure Sale dated January 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2008 CA 009527 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 23rd day of February 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 9, OF TAYLOR`S SUBDIVISION OF HOWZE`S ADDITION TO PALMETTO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 267, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
