NOTICE of public auction
Notice is hereby given that on February 13, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Mass Auto Service 1051 N Washington Blvd Sarasota, FL 34236-3425 the following vehicle will be sold for $3734.33 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2004 Ford VIN# 1FMZU63K74ZA27687. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $3734.33 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Sarasota County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
