Book 754, Page(s) 494 through 571, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 38 through 44, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 11130 Carriage Hill Drive, #4, Port Richey, Florida, 34668.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 10, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
