NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 11th day of January, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-2738-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which SPLIT RAIL HOMES, LLC is the Defendant, and Iberiabank, as successor in interest to Orion Bank, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
The West 150 feet of Tract 73, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 38, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, at Pages 90 and 91, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

The East 150 feet of Tract 87, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 38, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, at Pages 90 and 91, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

The East 105 feet of the East 180 feet of Tract 74, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 38, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, at Pages 90 and 91, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
