NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-20448 DIV C UCN: 292009CA020448XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the MLN1 Trust Series 2006-MLN1 is Plaintiff and CINDY L. ANDERSON; BOBBY G. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 21 day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 13, OF TOWN 'N COUNTY PARK - SECTION 9 - UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
