Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 12, 2012, in case number 2011-CA-010420-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein The Floyd C. Johnson and Flo Singer Johnson Foundation, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation and Charlotte M. Johnson, as Trustee of The Floyd C. Johnson Trust dated August 30, 2011, are the Plaintiffs and Nell Williams and Sid Williams are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of February, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in the said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH the south 150 feet of said W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 36, Range 18.

LESS: Lands conveyed to Sarasota County by Special Warranty Deed dated September 14, 2005, recorded in the Official Records as Instrument #2005261716, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

LESS: Road right-of-way for Bahia Vista Street.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
