NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-008943 Div C of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB , Plaintiff and MILOS HEREJK, LENKA J. HERJKOVA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILOS HEREJK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LENKA J. HERJKOVA, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 12 ASSOCI, Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on February 21, 2012, at 10:00 AM, at 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 70202, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 12, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16994, Page 1566, amended in Official Records Book 16944, Page 1656 and all other amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Pages 92 through 94, Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common surplus.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
