Notice is hereby GIVEN THAT pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-3968-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 670, Block M, IBIS COVE, PHASE TWO-A, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page (s) 79-83, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
