THE LAND REFERRED IS LOCATED IN THE MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 1459, PAGE 926 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 1565.50 FEET AND EAST 30 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST 150.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 150.00 FEET; THENCE WEST 150.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THIS BEING THE SAME PREMISES AS DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 267 PAGE 141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LAND CONVEYED TO COUNTY OF MANATEE BY DEED RECORDED ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2003, IN BOOK 1860 AT PAGE 5932 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
