NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary or Default Judgment on Amended Verified Complaint,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on February 27, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.:
The Real Property

Lot 21, CLARK ROAD INDUSTRIAL CENTER, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 11, 11A and 11B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida;

The Personal Property

All equipment and tangible and intangible personal property assets of Village Woodworking and/or Pedini including, but not limited to, the accounts, accounts receivable, inventory, and all other tangible and intangible personal property as described and set forth in the applicable Loan Documents located and/or previously located at 6110 Clark Center Avenue, Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
