NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-002983 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and BRANDY MAMEO A/K/A BRANDY J. MAMEO; GREGG BEEVER A/K/A GREGG B. BEEVER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3 N/K/A JOANN SCELL, and TENANT #4 N/K/A RALPH SCHAMBERS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
