NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-014779, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and INES RENDON; LUIS HORACO RENDON; CEDAR CREEK AT COUNTRY RUN HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 5, OF CEDAR CREEK AT COUNTRY RUN, PLASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
