BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAMES C. ROWLAND A/K/A JAMES ROWLAND; CRYSTAL C. CARNEY A/K/A CRYSTAL CARNEY; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
