NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010126WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JULIE PETSCHER, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 2806, Beacon Square Unit 21-B, Second Addition, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 11, Pages 39 and 40, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
