NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BRIAN BATES; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY BRANCH; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A VIRIGINIA BRANCH, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
