YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in MANATEE County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING 620 FEET WEST FROM THE SE CORNER OF SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AND RUN THENCE WEST 120 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE, THENCE NORTH 400 FEET, THENCE EAST 120 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 400 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
AND
BEGINNING 740 FEET WEST FROM THE SE CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, AND RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LAND CONVEYED TO ROBERTA LOUISE FOREMAN AND HER HUSBAND DOLPHUS LEE FOREMAN, 400 FEET TO THE CENTER OF A CERTAIN DRAINAGE DITCH AS NOW LOCATED, THENCE WEST ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID DRAINAGE DITCH AND TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE MAIN CANAL OF PIERCE SAW GRASS DRAINAGE DISTRICT, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SAID CENTER LINE OF MAIN CANAL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID SECTION 29, THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR TALLEVAST ROAD AS DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 1731, PAGE 5971 PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33634 WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
