NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-006134-XXXX-WS (J3), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and SEAN MANTLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SEAN MANTLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of February, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com.
