NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-011636WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEVEN VOGIATZIS A/K/A STEVE VOGIATZIS; MARGARET M. HOAG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN VOGIATZIS A/K/A STEVE VOGIATZIS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of February, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com. Pursuant to a judgment or order of the court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
