NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000442 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, ALLISON MORRIS, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB COURTHOUSE, LOCATED AT 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA IN ROOM 202 AT 10 AM ON FEBRUARY 21, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 114 OF MORA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
