NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002278WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2006, Fremont Home Loan Trust 2006-D is Plaintiff and BRYAN STEINER; LETITIA G. STEINER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 27th day of February 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1379, JASMINE LAKES UNIT 8-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
