NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 04, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-016500 (F)of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2005-HE3, Plaintiff, and AMY L. RAMIREZ, DAVID S. RAMIREZ, NATIONAL CITY BANK, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor, rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00, on the 22 day of February, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTHERLY 44.0 FEET OF LOT 16 AND THE SOUTHERLY 31.0 FEET OF LOT 17, OF REVISED MAP OF UNIT NO. 9 OF BEL-MAR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
