NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-6780 DIV K UCN: 292011CA006780XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and WILLIAM M. PAYNE; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 2 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
PART OF LOT 11, BLOCK 1, NORTHDALE SECTION L, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 39'26” EAST ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY AF SAID LOT, 41.34 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 23'29” WEST 243.66 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 36'31” WEST 7.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 23'29” WEST 41.30 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 36'31” WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY 6.0 FEET, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY 38.95 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURE TO THE RIGHT, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 25.0 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING DISTANCE OF 44 DEGREES 54'46” WEST 35.13 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 20'34” WEST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, 259.79 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
