TO: Any and all unknown persons having claims or demands against decedent Florence Anderson's estate and/or homestead, and any and all unknown persons whether claiming as unknown spouse, heirs, devises, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claimants by, through, under or against the decedent Florence Anderson or otherwise as the case may be.
You are notified that a petition to administer the estate of decedent Florence Anderson and to determine the homestead status of decedents homestead to wit:
Unit 163, Phase III, RIDGEWOOD MEADOWS, a condominum as per the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1068, Pages 2601 through 2677 and as per the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, pages 110 through 118 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. a/k/a 163 Meadow Circle, Ellenton, Fl 32222
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: William Oneil the petitioner's attorney, whose address is PO Box 8189, Longboat Key, Fl 37228, Tel 941-387-8439 on or before 60 days after the first publication of the within notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
This notice shall be published once during each week for 4 consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
