NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-001038 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, JOANNE ANDERSON A/K/A JOANNE HARRIS ANDERSON, DECEASED; KYLE R. ANDERSON AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JOANNE ANDERSON A/K/A JOANNE HARRIS ANDERSON, DECEASED; GORDON R.
