Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 006108, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which, CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are PHILIPPE D. BRICE A/K/A PHILLPPED. BRICE, SANDRA A. BRICE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWNPARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES,GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 14, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 32, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
