Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. Chips Shore clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 23, Block 4 of MANDALAY, PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, pages 162 through 169, inclusive, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida, less and except 1/2 interest of all oil, gas and mineral rights as set forth in deed recorded in Deed Book 342, page 70, as affected by that certain agreement recorded in Deed Book 344, page 158 of said records.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on February 14, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
