Lots 17, 18 and the South 10 feet of Lot 19, Block 101, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, Florida, as the same are numbered and described by map or plat of the Town of Zephyrhills, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 54 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, Co., L.P.A., whose address is 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 550, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is February 27, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
