NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 006108 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and PHILLIPPE D. BRICE A/K/A PHILIPPE DAVID BRICE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY,FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
